Permanent jewelry, also known as infinity or forever jewelry, is custom fit and welded on to you without a clasp in a safe, quick and painless process. Appointments last approximately 15-30 minutes during which time you will choose your chain, get measured had have the jewelry welded.
We offer jewelry in sterling silver, 14k yellow gold and 14k gold fill. We can special order 14k white gold or 18k yellow or white gold.
Appointments are required to ensure we can accommodate your requests. A $40 deposit is required when scheduling your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final total. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are not refunded if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours.

Does permanent jewelry hurt?No, the welding process is quick, painless and safe.

What happens during my appointment?Appointments are approximately 15-30 minutes. During this time you will choose a chain and we will fit it to your wrist and weld.

What metals do you use for permanent jewelry?We have options in sterling silver and 14k yellow gold (14k white gold can be requested prior to your appointment). We also have 14k yellow gold filled options. If you choose gold filled, we want you to be aware that we can not guarantee the long term wear of this material.

How long will my permanent jewelry last?Your jewelry is intended to last years. This does however depend on your lifestyle and the chain you choose. For safety reasons, most chains used in permanent jewelry are intended to break with excess force or excess wear and tear.

Is a deposit required?We require a $40 deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final purchase. You can reschedule with 24 hours notice without losing your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required for future appointments. We accept cash, credit cards, Paypal, and Venmo.

Do I need an appointment to get permanent jewelry?Yes, an appointment will ensure that we have time set aside for you. To book your appointment, contact us via text. Please indicate preference for time and day.

Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?Yes. Your permanent jewelry should not trigger the metal detectors when going through TSA.

Can I get an MRI with permanent jewelry?Your permanent jewelry will need to be removed prior to an MRI. Save the chain and we can re-weld it for you.

How can I remove my permanent jewelry?Permanent jewelry can easily be removed using a nail clipper.

Can I hire you for an event?We would be happy to discuss doing a jewelry event for you. Please contact us.

Who should not get permanent jewelry?Because of the welding process, those with pacemakers should not get permanent jewelry. Anyone with allergies to sterling silver or gold should also not get permanent jewelry.

I’m a minor, can I get permanent jewelry?Minors age 14 and up can get permanent jewelry as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Where are you located?We are located at: 2801 N 24th Street Suite 1 Phoenix, AZ 85008 The entrance to our studio is facing 24th Street on the North side of the parking lot.

What is your return/exchange policy?All sales are final since we are custom making your jewelry for you.

Is your jewelry handmade?Yes, all of my work is handmade by me in my Phoenix, AZ studio.

What does OOAK mean?OOAK stands for one of a kind. Most of my work is one of a kind or small batch.

How many of each item are made?We like to keep our designs new and fresh. Most of our pieces are one of a kind or are made in very small batches.

What metals are used?We primarily work with sterling silver (.925), fine silver, 14k, 18k and 24k gold.

What is oxidized silver?Oxidized silver describes silver that is darkened or tarnished. Sometimes, jewelers oxidize jewelry on purpose to add definition or bring out design elements.

How do I find my ring size?The best and most accurate way to find your ring size, is to stop by a jeweler to get our finger sized. Please keep in mind that our ring size can change over the years, so even if you think you know your size, if it has been a while since you had your finger sized, we recommended getting your finger sized. If you live in the Phoenix, AZ area, we would be happy to have you stop by our studio for finger sizing.

Can an item be altered?That depends on the item. Contact us with any requests.

I saw an item I loved but it is no longer available on your website. Can you remake it?I may not be able to make the exact piece but I can most likely make you something very similar. Feel free to reach out to talk about your options.

What form of payment do you accept?We accept most major credit cards as well a PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?We will occasionally ship internationally. If you are looking to have a piece shipped outside of the USA, please contact prior to purchase to discuss if this is an option.

What if my chain breaks?In the event that your chain breaks, we offer 1 complimentary repair within 30 days of your initial appointment. After 30 days, re-welds are $15. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for a re-weld. If the chain is lost, you will need to purchase a new chain. Please note, we do not repair chains that were not originally purchased with us.
